Know every customer.
See churn coming.
Act while it matters.

Customer intelligence that goes beneath the surface.

Revioli AI learns the relationships between your product, each customer’s behavior, and the outcomes that follow. It connects subtle changes into a deeper understanding of who is likely to leave—and who has a path back.

See who is drifting, exactly where value breaks down, and where your team has a path to bring them back.

Before it becomes churn.

Every customer has a different relationship with your product. Revioli learns how those relationships develop, recognizes when value starts to disappear, and finds the specific opportunity to bring someone back.

Your product has its own logic.
Our AI learns it.

A login means little without context. Revioli connects what your product does, how each customer uses it, and what happened next—building a deeper understanding of the behavior behind retention.

What does getting value look like here?

For a collaborative product, an active team finishing shared work can mean more than one person logging in every day.

A risk score is

The recovery decision
is the point.

Your team needs to know where attention can change an outcome. Revioli brings the warning, the explanation, and the next step into one connected process.

Follow the decision
01
Product context

Learn what value means in your product.

A drop in logins and a broken core workflow are different problems. Evaluate behavior in the context of what customers came to accomplish.

02
Recovery potential

Find the risk your team can act on.

Consider the likely blocker, the customer’s engagement, and the time available. Give the most promising recovery opportunities the attention they need.

03
Connected reasoning

Carry the “why” all the way to the plan.

Atlas connects the evidence. The Brain assesses the changing pattern. Your team reviews the likely obstacle and decides how to respond.

04
Learning from outcomes

Let every result inform the next decision.

A recovery adds context. So does an unsuccessful intervention. Both belong in the history the Brain learns from.

Validate the incoming data and approve the setup. Available history establishes the starting point; new behavior and outcomes add context.

    A foundation for intelligence

Two-hour target for a guided setup with supported sources and required access ready. Custom integrations, historical data preparation, and model learning may take longer. We confirm the scope with you before the session.

05 / Trust, built into the workflowExplore security

Your customer data deserves care.

Deeper intelligence.
Clearer boundaries.

You choose what connects. Revioli limits how data is accessed and processed, and keeps your team in control of decisions and customer contact.

Separate workspaces.

Tenant-scoped access and private storage keep workspace records within their authorized boundaries.

Workspace isolation

Only the data needed.

Atlas sanitizes sensitive fields before they enter its behavioral evidence, including direct identifiers and credential material.

Data minimization

Access with limits.

The Stripe connector uses restricted, read-only access. It cannot change subscriptions or issue charges.

Restricted source access

Your team decides.

Tracking and mapping changes require approval. Recovery recommendations are advisory; customer contact stays with your team.

Human control
Your data stays yours.

Workspace records remain tenant-bound. De-identified, aggregated patterns may support model improvement under our Privacy Policy. Review our security practices and certification status before connecting.

What does Revioli actually do?

Revioli is an AI retention system. It connects customer behavior to product and account context, estimates churn risk, explains likely causes, and helps your team prioritize customers with a plausible recovery opportunity.

What can we complete in the two-hour setup?

The target is a guided connection, event-mapping review, and setup validation for supported sources when access and data are ready. It is not a promise that a model will fully learn your customers in two hours. We agree the scope with you first.

How does the AI learn our product?

Your product context and approved event mappings explain what customers are trying to do. Behavioral history shows how they do it. Observed renewals, departures, and intervention outcomes provide examples for learning and evaluation. The usefulness of that learning depends on the quality and amount of available evidence.

Can it tell us exactly who will leave?

Churn prediction is probabilistic. Revioli helps your team assess risk and investigate likely causes; it cannot guarantee an individual customer’s decision. A useful recommendation also considers whether the situation is recoverable and what evidence supports it.

Will Revioli contact customers on its own?

No. Revioli helps prioritize the opportunity and prepare a response. Your team reviews the recommendation, owns the relationship, and decides whether and how to act.

Do we need to replace our existing tools?

The starting point is the product and customer data you already have. We review the available sources and agree an integration path. Custom sources may need additional preparation; the guided setup establishes what is ready and what still needs work.
